LuxembourgI noticed the current Luxembourg download is having 14 teams in the topdivision and 22 in the division below that just as in the originaldatabase of SI.
However that is *slightly* wrong.
In reality the National Division has 14 teams, the Division of Honourhas 14 as well. The tier below (1. Division) has 2 divisions of 14teams in it.
Also the teams currently in the database are not always put in thecorrect division in Real Life (sometimes they are down as low to 3.Division).
I will attempt to do the following:
- Put all the correct teams in the National Division and make it playable
- Put all the correct teams, create if needed, in the Division of Honour and make it playable
- Put all the correct teams, create if needed, in the 1. Division. Thiswill serve as the feeder league to the playable divisions.
- Try to achieve the correct relegation/promotion rules
- Create all towns (with correct inhabitants range) / stadiums whereneeded. (Stadium names for all clubs is easy as it's listed on the siteof the Luxembourg FA)
- Give all the teams a youth team
- Complete the history of the National Division, the Division of Honour and the Cup.
I could use some help with the following:
- Prize money, does it exist in Luxembourg?
- TV money, does it exist?
- Any clues about substitution rules?
- Any links to disciplinary rules?
Also I have difficulties with finding capacities of all stadiums so for now I will put them in the 200-500 range
Status
All teams in National Division: correct
History of National Division: all winners between 2003-2009 added, added all teams that finished 3rd for 1991-2009
All teams in Division of Honour: correct
All teams in 1. Division: added and correct
For all the teams that have been added the correct stadium, if possiblewith the correct capacity, and the correct kit have been added.
Added long/lat for all towns in Luxembourg
Attractiveness for cities in Luxembourg set
Added 4 media sources, three newspapers & one TV channel
Nation rules created for top 2 divisions playable with correctpromotion/relegation rules & correct format of Luxembourg Cup.
Added an away kit for most added teams. (although fictitious here or there)
Addded history for the Luxembourg Cup & Division of Honour.

First two tiers of Luxembourg football playable, as real as the editor allows me
(As the relegation playoff between two teams of tier 2 with non-leagueteams never got played ingame I have decided for now to let the#11&12 have a relegation playoff between themselves)
Realistic Cup structure with top league teams entering the round they should.
Added 26 clubs with home kit as realistic as possible, away kit might be complete fictitious here and there though.
All stadium names are correct, capacity mostly as well, sometimes it's an educated guess. Stadiums added where needed.
All towns, added where needed, have correct inhabitants range and longitude/latitude.
Two test holiday saves done. First one till the 2030's, second one till 2028.
Based on the first one I've upped the reputation of some lower leagueclubs to give them a higher chance for promotion (and therefore ahigher variety in the game).
I've also decided to include (although I have no real evidence of that)of some prize money as about all clubs in test save I ended up indebts. Still it's only EUR 11.000 yearly in total so it still shouldn'tmake the clubs rich overnight.
Known issues:
I might have been slightly inconsistent with the language in the namesused (some of the sources are in French, others in German and of coursethere's always Lëtzebuergesch.
Match rules, disciplinary rules and prize money all an educated guess by yours truly.
As long as there is a bug with regards to a relegation playoff againstnon-league teams the relegation structure in the 2nd tier isn't 100%correct.
