核武器FMRTE v3.0.136 For 10.20

新的核武器，

1:可以修改伤病和停赛了！
2:可以修改intCaps/Goals
3:不能修改球员和职员的属性
4:不能修改俱乐部的球衣和颜色
没有时间测试，所以有些功能不是很好用，敬请备份！

Features Not working (for users with 10.2 Patch)

- I didnt have time to test all features, so its possible that some other feature is not working well (BACKUP your savegame!!)-
