         “It was my Dad” said Karen “I am kind of like my Dad's only son. He took me to the football since I was nine. I had a season ticket for Rangers, and I've still got it although I never go to the games.

“With my Dad introducing me to football at such an early age, I knew for a long time that I wanted to be a football physio. It’s hard to explain, but I just knew. It ended up being my first job, at Murray Park with Rangers. Obviously it was the Youth Academy, and that was where I met Alex Rae, and when he got the manager's job here he asked me to go full time with him with the first team. I think I have just been lucky really.
