Article 2
Number of clubs per UEFA member association
2.01 UEFA member associations (hereinafter associations) may enter a certain number of clubs for the competition, in accordance with their position in the coefficient rankings in Annex Ia, drawn up in accordance with Annex II of these regulations. However, no association may enter more than four clubs for the competition. These rankings also determine the stage at which clubs join the competition.
具体参赛资格获得数将根据附表中的联赛系数排名决定，任何成员国都不能有超过4只参赛球队，具体参赛阶段将根据联赛系数排名决定。
2.02 Associations are represented on the following basis:
a) One representative: winner of the top domestic league championship.
b) Two representatives: winner and runner-up of the top domestic league
championship.
c) Three representatives: winner, runner-up and third-placed club in the top
domestic league championship.
d) Four representatives: winner, runner-up, third- and fourth-placed clubs in
the top domestic league championship.
四只代表队情况：国内最高等级联赛的冠军，亚军，第三名和第四名可以参赛。
2.03 The UEFA Champions League titleholder is guaranteed a place in the group
stage even if it does not qualify forthe competition through its domestic
championship.

a)If the titleholder comes from an association entitled to four places in the UEFA Champions League and qualifies for the UEFA Europa League through its domestic competitions, the lowest-ranked club of the association’s UEFA Champions League representatives is automatically transferred to the UEFA Europa League(into the latest possible round where there is a vacancy). In this case, the number of places to which the titleholder's association is entitled in the UEFA Champions League and
the UEFA Europa League does not change.
如果本赛季欧冠获胜者来至拥有四个参赛名额的会员，并且已经通过其所在国最高等级联赛获得下一赛季欧罗巴联赛参赛资格，其所在国下赛季欧冠最低参赛资格获得者将会自动进入下赛季的欧罗巴联赛（其具体参赛阶段将根据欧罗巴联赛的空闲名额决定 “这一段算是意译，具体足球术语俺实在不确定”）。这种情况下，本赛季冠军联赛获胜者所在会员联赛参加下赛季欧冠和欧罗巴联赛的名额将不会发生改变。
b) If the titleholder comes from an association entitled to four places in the UEFA Champions League and does not qualify for the UEFA Champions League or UEFA Europa League through its domestic competitions, the lowest-ranked club of the association’s UEFA Champions League representatives is automatically transferred to the UEFA Europa League (into the latest possible round where there is a vacancy). In this case, the association of the titleholder is entitled to one additional place in the
UEFA Europa League.

In this case, the combined number of places to which the titleholder'sassociation is entitled in the UEFA Champions League and UEFA Europa League does not change.
如果本赛季欧冠获胜者来至拥有少于四个参赛名额的会员，并且已经通过其所在国最高等级联赛获得下一赛季欧罗巴联赛参赛资格，其将作为所在国会员联赛欧冠额外代表参加下赛季欧冠比赛。这种情况下，其所在国会员联赛参加下赛季欧冠和欧罗巴联赛的资格获得者总数将不会发生变化。
d) If the titleholder comes from an association entitled to fewer than four places in the UEFA Champions League and does not qualify for the UEFA Champions League or UEFA Europa League through its domestic competitions, it is entitled to play in the UEFA Champions League in addition to the association’s other UEFA Champions League representative(s). In this case, the association of the titleholder is entitled to one additional place in the UEFA Champions League.
如果本赛季欧冠获胜者来至拥有少于四个参赛名额的会员，并且没有通过其所在国最高等级联赛获得下一赛季欧冠或者欧罗巴联赛参赛资格。其将作为所在国会员联赛欧冠额外代表参加下赛季欧冠比赛。这种情况下，本赛季欧冠获胜者所在会员联赛将会获得额外一个下赛季欧冠参赛资格。

我也是这么想的，因为好多人纠结在英超是所谓3.5个名额，但是其实英超是4个名额，资格赛也是欧冠组成部分，0.5只是指参加淘汰赛的可能性，但是英国是冠军，亚军，第三名和第四名有资格参加。N4是需要参加资格赛，所以N3是应该直接参加小组赛的，因为切尔西如果夺冠也符合里面的规定（切尔西已经获得欧罗巴联赛的资格了）。只是将N4的欧冠名额转换成欧罗巴的资格，总体参赛名额不变，只是热刺去参加欧罗巴联赛而已。 我现在都支持切尔西去了 反正阿森纳能进欧冠 我现在都支持切尔西去了 反正阿森纳能进欧冠

嗯，俺是我米的铁杆，但是英超有好感的也就是车子和兵工厂了，所以希望大家不要凭自己异想去理解规则，人官网明明白白写得很清楚的。

其实UEFA官网文件说得很清楚，无论排名还是文字规则都肯定厂子直接小组赛的。 本帖最后由 arsenalgooner 于 2012-5-15 19:18 编辑

title-holder+21+5+5 记住几个重要规则就行，1，一个联赛最多入选4支球队；2.卫冕冠军直接入选，联赛排名入选；3，入选球队不超过联赛应有名额（0.5记做1个名额）；4.卫冕冠军不拥有抽签同联赛保护条例（这条适用于卫冕冠军顶替掉的那0.5个名额）。所以英超3.5名额（就是4个名额），如果车子夺冠，必然直接入选，其他3支直接入选是英超前3名曼城曼联娜娜，都是直接入选，不用预选赛的，但是车子没有同联赛保护条例，也就是说，小组赛，可能有两支英格兰球队抽到一起（就是如果车子不夺冠，热刺按照正常联赛排名通过预选赛进入32强，小组赛4支球队不会抽到一起） 楼主辛苦，求发文件 gonggong19890710@yahoo.com.cn 针对车子的情况，如果拿了欧冠它可以直接进小组赛，但是这些文字并没有明确说明厂子的情况，如果LZ找到关于英超第三名无论何时都可以直接进小组赛的话，那这个就没必要讨论了。另外看这意思，如果明年意甲有球队拿到欧冠并获得联赛前三的话，那后年岂不是有四只意甲球队可以参加欧冠了.... 针对车子的情况，如果拿了欧冠它可以直接进小组赛，但是这些文字并没有明确说明厂子的情况，如果LZ找到关于 ...

你这个是完全误解UEFA的规定，UEFA的规定都是有出发点的。 首先根据规定英超是有四个欧冠资格，N4参加欧冠资格赛第三轮，只不过从小组赛而言英超只有3.5个可能性。根据今年的欧冠决赛情况，英超适用四个资格的相关规定，也就是说将车子本有的欧罗巴资格自动转给N4热刺，CH曼城 RU曼联和N3厂子的小组賽参赛资格都不受影响，只有N4热刺会因为车子夺冠转去参加欧罗巴比赛。
另外意甲的情况是属于有三个欧冠资格，如果欧冠获胜队没有通过国内联赛获得欧冠资格但是已获得欧罗巴资格，那么意甲N3就要去参加欧罗巴联赛，CH和RU还有欧冠获胜队直接参加小组赛。 如果欧冠获胜队没有通过国内联赛获得欧冠或者欧罗巴资格，那么意甲自动获得一个额外的欧冠资格而且三个球队从小组赛开始，N3从资格賽第三轮开始。 例子： 巴勒莫明年获得意甲第七并且没有获得意甲足协杯冠军，那么意甲后年就是巴勒莫加CH，RU三队直接参加小组赛，N3参加资格赛第三轮。 英语帝⋯⋯⋯⋯
