Download and Unzip it to your folder:
\Documents\Sports Interactive\Football Manager 2014\skins
Choose the new skin in the FM menu. Reload skin and confirm
***to get your changes to show you’ll need to go into the
Preferences -> Interface Menu and untick ‘Use caching to decrease
