他这个数据库应该是从老的fm转过来的，所以球员编号很多都不对，2018新建球员的编号是191538600左右开头的

我没细看。
我只是开档看了看一些感兴趣的球员，及球队和联赛的构成，没有玩过。
但是我所看的球员和头像都是匹配的。

我开档只加载了这个数据补丁，和老欧战补丁（欧冠、欧联杯、优胜者杯和托托杯），还有一个SS球衣的数据补丁，就没了貌似。
你应该在我的游戏存档里查看得到。

是不是数据库的原因，我一般会选择巨大数据库

You probably choose some other database with this when started new save game. Try to choose only this one with 18.3.0 update, it must work.
