随机人头像软件newgan-manager无法生成头像
此前的档都可以正常生成，推测是config.xml生成失败导致的，但是数据全英文、切回原版皮肤等方式都尝试过，官方的1.4版本卡在parsing这一步，论坛里大佬汉化的1.33版本显示成功，但是config.xml如下：<record>
