五年芬兰联赛总结

一、 概述
游戏版本是CM4，开档球队是芬甲（芬兰最低级）球队VG-62，开档转会资金850英磅，无青年队员。最高允许周薪为150英磅，球场容量2250人。球队2003年升超级，2004、2005、2006年夺超级联赛冠军，2005年在冠军杯小组赛止步后，联盟杯打了第三、四轮。2006年第二次参加冠军杯，直到2007年5月夺冠。在芬兰杯上，球队前三年都是第三轮一出场就输了，直到2006年真正强大后才夺冠。

芬甲和芬超各14支队伍，联赛集中安排在5月到10月之间，每年最早开打的是芬兰杯的第三轮，4月底开始。芬兰各球的球场都不大，最大的超级队球场才10000多人，平时比赛观众也不多，老牌强队主场比赛一般也就3000来人，普通队就1000多人。所有球队没有几个看得上眼的球员，一般身价在几十K，上百K的就可以算过腕儿了，没有见过上M的，我的球队拿了冠军杯，最高身价也才600K多，球员周薪一般不过K，我现在能给出3K的周薪在芬兰可以说是天价了。芬超的冠军只能从冠军杯资格赛第二轮开始往上打，由于没有以芬兰杯冠军的身份参加联盟杯，所以不知联盟杯可以从什么地方开始。
打这样的小国联赛，总体感觉是开始的时候难，应该是巨难，买不到一个象样的球员，年年负资金，但只要打到冠军杯小组赛后，就成暴发户了，2.7M的资金可以让你在第二年至少有1M以上的转会资金，这是一笔巨款呀。当球队有这笔钱投入建设后，你就可以不必为国内联赛费心了，一个赛季不用S/L，如果输了一场球，只能怪你自己的运气不好。你只要将你的精力放到冠军杯上就行了，这比大国联赛要好多了，大国联赛你除了冠军杯外，还得十分小心联赛的成绩。
 
二、 财政篇
VG-62开档时有转会资金850英磅，实际没有转会资金，俱乐部帐面也只有20K的总资金，要想买球员，只有通过球队打比赛赚了钱才行。第一赛季球队周工资总预算是4.5K，我实际用了不到3K，甲级联赛每场比赛的门票收入不到3K，每个月亏10K左右，一年下来亏了近100K，第二年还是没有钱，而且球员的总工资又涨了。现在回想起来第一年真应该用S/L的办法拿到芬兰杯，第二年能参加联盟杯，与个大俱乐部打一个主客场的门票就够用上一年的。第二年芬超的门票收入稍高一点，但与工资相比还是入不敷出，两年下来俱乐部总资金约为负200K，由于成绩优异，老板还没把我给开了。第三年可以到冠军上去一显身手了，前三轮资格赛，对手不太强，但客场比赛获得的门票收入把债还清了还有近1M的赢余，想向老板要点钱来买一两个人打小组赛，但未获成功。以原来的那么可怜的兵力，在小组赛被淘汰，联盟杯打了两轮也被淘汰，虽然没有取得成绩，但欧洲赛场这一圈，为我赢得到6M的资金。钱可以生钱，有了这6M，第四年给了我1.6M的转会资金，我全用光了，充实了队伍，这一年在欧洲赛场上赚了近20M，第五年给了我6M的转会资金。在小国，赞助费是很微不足道的，前4年每年只有20K，第五年也只有40K。不知要多久，才会得到跨国企业的巨额赞助，如果有DX得到过，不妨拿出来共享一把。到了第五年，周总工资上限才到110K，个人周工资总上限也才3K，这个工资是签不到大牌的，连有名的妖人也签不到。老板一直很小气，五年也不改善一下训练设施，典型的守财奴。

三、 战术训练篇
用小俱乐部，我都采用CM4中的标准523的阵型，长传，防守反击，两翼齐飞，比赛心态用一般或防守，比赛中再根据实际情况改动一下心态，对其它设置不做任何改动。这次我再次使用了这种CM4中最卑鄙的标准阵型（其实也是无耻的计算机逼出来的），但这次不与原来不同的是我将坚持将开场的比赛心态设成正常，而不是原来用的防守，实战结果表明正常要比防守好。关于523阵型的使用我曾专门写过一个贴子，这儿不再展开。这个阵型的特点的防守好，失球少，而且攻击力也还不错，主要靠反击和定位球进球，可以以弱胜强。此外最大的好处是好买球员，后卫便宜，三个前锋也只要身体素质好就行，两个中场用工兵型的，也花不了多少钱，组起队来很方便。开始两年由于兵力不够，我有意放弃了芬兰杯，以确保联赛成绩，也许是天意，连续三年杯赛我都是第一轮被淘汰。实践证明在兵力不够时这种方针还是正确的，联赛成绩得到了很好的保证，而且是不用S/L。在训练方面，我采取了人海战术，在签不到好教练的情况下，签了近10个烂教练。后面实践证明，用芬兰俱乐部，在职员市场上根本见不到好教练，有好的也不会来，要能见到好教练并能签下好教练，必须用五大联赛。由于体能型教练多，每年出来的年轻队员也一个个都跟田径运动员一样，身体素质贼好，技术意识都在5左右。这样也有一个好处，就是比较适合我的打法，我踢的就是挪威式足球，在低级联赛时球员基本就自给自足了。是否技术型教练多了，就会出一些技术意识好的球员，这个我没试过，不知是否能实现。训练时间表我用的是缺省的，没做改动。对于缺省时间表，我的感觉是各项能力值涨得比较均匀，特别是身体素质平稳上升，这对我的球队最重要，不会因为技术意识涨了身体素质跃下来，也不会身体素质涨得太快而技术意识全没了，而且特适合一周单赛到双赛。在芬兰联赛，只要注意适当轮换（红黄牌或伤停就够了），不会出现持续疲劳。由于战术及选材问题，开始几年队中很少有队员被招到国家队中，去也是替补或上不了出场名单，实际上也使球员得到了充分的休息。国家队的比赛实际上风险很大，受伤的几率要高于俱乐部比赛，要是废在国家队就太亏了。

这个战术没用过，cm4不是很稳定所以没多玩，只打过三个联赛，现在打0304英超目前已经连续两年在冠军杯决赛点球输给意大利球队了，第一年是ac 第二年是尤文，最近打算去弄个国家队主教练当当，好久没带国家队了，打算带爱尔兰的国家队，等待那个教练退休啊

四、 球员篇
用小国的弱队，最难的就是球员了。首先是没钱，然后是有了钱买不来，青年球员也没有好的。在球员使用上，迫于无奈，我尽量培养芬兰本土球员，只有到了第五年才有了较多的外援，但主力阵容中也有半数本土球员。第五年我为芬兰国家队贡献了7名国家队成员，由于多是年轻队员，都打不上主力。最可气的是超级联赛三年射手王竟然在第五年才被招入国家队，最近才打了两场替补。随便说一下，芬兰比赛不限外援人数。

说到球员，我这个人最没品味了，典型的中国教练，只要田径运动员，身体没有特长的我不要，最多当个中场工兵。前锋我一般都用三个中锋，速度和弹跳没15以上不考虑。523没有中锋是自寻死路，实在不行时两边用快速边锋也凑合，低级联赛中中间的弹跳也得15以上。头球能力值在低级联赛并不是最重要的，能跳起来才是硬本事。
先看一下我的射手王，潜力值80，能力值79，现在他要3.6K的周薪，我付不起，最多只能3K，好在他也不离开俱乐部，快一年了。

再看一下第二中锋，也是开国元勋，可能是与我有矛盾吧，总是要寻找挑战，拿了冠军杯也留不住，五年合同期满后再也不续约，做了个自由球，都半年多了也没人要，我也签不过来。

[em01]楼主的总结很好，给我们其他经理详细介绍了芬兰联赛的情况，而且你的带对心得很适合我们这些喜欢从低级别联赛带起的教练。但不知道你靠这些球员怎么在欧洲冠军杯上混？呵呵，我们算是结交了你这个朋友，以后我带队到芬兰打训练系列赛，你可要作东呀！[em07]
