提高承受压力有两个方法!:1.在无关大局的比赛输多几场球.2.是在比自已强的队比赛前,媒体会问你问题:你要用第二个回答说:不怕对手,有打败对手的信心!@

专业提高好像也有两个方法:1个是前面提到的马屁大法,只要你多拍对手的马屁就会提高,不过不能一直拍,不然与媒体的关系会急降.2是多拿奖杯,拿到一个冠军就能提高一点专业能力值![em05]
