狂帮之旅——我在AFC Wimbledon的日子(CM0304持续更新)

提到AFC Wimbledon，各位cmer的第一反应恐怕就是0304的背景了。不错，正是由
于SI的赞助以及包装，2002年成立的AFC Wimbledon才得以进入广大球迷的视野。那么
，这支年轻的球队会有什么特殊的地方呢？它与大名鼎鼎的MK dons（原Wimbledon队）
又有什么斩不断理还乱的关系呢？更主要的是，在CM中，它会有什么隐藏的东西呢？所
以，作为Wimbledon球队的爱好者，我决定尝试执教这支神秘的球队，并发出我的战报
与各位共享。
 这恐怕是我在可以预见的一段时间内最后一次玩cm0304了（刚买来FM），所以我决
定严格要求，尽量模拟真实。除了吸烟室的规则外，我特意要求自己——
第一，不买以前用过的任何球员。原因很简单，在大数据库环境里，找几个熟人肯
定没有任何悬念和刺激，嗯，嗯，还缺少成就感。例如在守门员位置自己发掘门神扑出
对手点球夺冠，那会是多么有成就感的事情！无限YY中...这种快乐，是拥有小舒（舒
梅切尔）小切（切赫）们的CMer所体会不到的。
第二，不故意利用电脑的漏洞。这个不太好界定，不过我争取尽量少用吧，也算是
人为增加点难道吧。例如：无限降工资大法（这个东东实在是好用，可在现实生活中谁
能这样反复重签合同最后降到周薪5英镑？？），例如，利用电脑战术的缺陷设置无赖
阵型（这个不好界定哈，凭什么说NB、BT就是作弊你搞出个华丽4132实用角球大法就是
战术升华呢？所以，干脆我只用电脑自带的阵型和442H，然后在实战中在根据队员能力
和对手情况微调吧），再如，1亿抛售“豪门杀手级”球员把人家弄破产你再强购（现
实中豪门有这样傻被你分期弄死啊？当然，利兹这样脑子跳线型不在计算之内）。还有
诸如度假签免费球员之类...
第三，关于球探，在升到甲级之前不得向英伦3岛之外的国家派球探！为的就是避
免巧取豪夺转卖人口。例如从哪个不知名的冰天雪地的旮旯里找出田径队员、或者去非
洲南美贩卖黑奴、抑或是从欧洲各小国掠夺童工......等等等等，不一而足。

P.S：由于AFC Wimbledon不在地区联赛中，所以不得不用编辑器修改了一下，而且，我
惊奇地发现，该队居然是和另一支球队(kingstonian)共用主场——球迷体育场The 
Fans' stadium-kingsmeadow,于是，我毫不犹豫地把kingstonian也编辑到地区联赛中
！为的就是看徳比哈。

The story of AFC Wimbledon
In the summer of 2002, an FA Commission granted permission for a group of 
businessmen to relocate Wimbledon FC Ltd to Milton Keynes, 70 miles from its 
history, home and community. Initially devastated at the loss of their club, 
within a matter of weeks the supporters took a fresh approach by creating 
their own team.
Backed by the Wimbledon Independent Supporters Association (WISA) and the 
Dons Trust, AFC Wimbledon was born. Just six weeks later, having obtained a 
ground, senior status and many hundreds of season ticket applications, the 
Dons played their first friendly on Wednesday 10th July against Sutton 
United at Gander Green Lane, in front of a staggering crowd of over 4,500.
By then the Dons had already been elected into the Combined Counties League 
and had appointed former Dons full-back Terry Eames as manager. The opening 
day of the season saw the CCL's attendance record smashed as 2,449 people 
squeezed into Sandhurst Town's Bottom Meadow ground to see the Dons 
celebrate their first competitive game with a 2-1 win thanks to goals by 
Kevin Cooper and Keith Ward. Days later, the "house full" signs were hung 
out at Kingsmeadow, but the first home game ended in disappointment for the 
bumper crowd as Chipstead won 2-1. 
It was early inconsistency as the new squad settled which ultimately cost 
the Dons promotion in that inaugural season as, despite an impressive late 
unbeaten run, they ended up finishing third behind eventual champions 
Withdean 2000 and AFC Wallingford, amassing a total of 111 points.
But 2003-04 was a different story. It wasn箃 until January that the Dons 
dropped any league points, by which stage they were already well clear of 
AFC Wallingford and odds-on for promotion and the Combined Counties League 
title. 
By the end of the season, the biggest question was whether the players would 
manage to go through the entire season unbeaten. The answer was an emphatic 
yes as they finished with 42 games won and just four drawn, chalking up a 
record 130 points and a staggering goal difference of +148.
And, to complete a fantastic Combined Counties League double, the Dons also 
lifted the Premier Challenge Cup, coming from behind to beat North Greenford 
United 4-1 at a packed Woking stadium. 
The summer of 2004 saw the Dons back in the Isthmian League for the first 
time since 1964. If the future holds half as much adventure as those 40 
years of absence did, the Dons could be all set for another amazing journey.

2003年7月13日，我被任命为AFC Wimbledon的主教练。开档没的说，全体球员总身价（把预备队和青年队的都提上来）88K，球员要求也不高，工资大多就是50镑/周和55镑/周，唯一的特例就是有个150镑/周的——第一反应就是买了他[em07]

球员能力虽然比较有限，基本都是个位数（废话，你还指望存在身价1K周薪50镑的贝克汉姆啊？），但我却发现一个很有意思的现象——基本上，AFC Wimbledon的球员资料上都有他最喜爱的球队和球星，哪怕他从没有和这些球员有过任何可能的接触！
 以队伍中身价最高的“球星”——球队历史上的最佳射手，28岁的kevin copper为例吧。此君从球队成立起就在队中效力，44场进37球，估计在今后的几个月内还得倚重他。毕竟，平稳过渡很重要嘛。他老人家喜爱的球队是皇家园林巡回者，最喜爱的人是加斯科因和......贝克汉姆！我的天啊，队伍中居然有这样一个时尚的追星族！

呵呵，支持楼主，我也一直在用afc wimbledon，不过copper在fm里已经没有了，但是cm0304里的sullivan盘带17还是好用，当然还有很稀有的性格为“职业球员的模范”的sidwell……

队伍中崇拜的人还真不少，年纪大的有马拉多纳、卡尼吉亚、坎通纳、普拉蒂尼，年轻点的有费迪南徳、罗纳而多、小贝，最时尚的有欧文和杰拉徳。整个儿就一业余球队嘛（废话，AFC Wimbledon本来就是2002年球迷组织成立的半职业球队，有强烈的业余气息毫不奇怪！）
好了，第一步该干点什么？——换了以前就是先降工资。不过，既然要模拟真实，就不要用这样毒辣的招数了（其实，球员工资本来就不高了，于心何忍啊），所以我第一步就是查看每个球员的特点。
任何一个球队都有1－2个好用的人——这是cm中的一贯规律。本着人尽其材的原则，我对球队来了个大考察，希望找到这样1－2个闪光点，然后根据他们来安排战术——而不是先定战术再去狂签免费球员。（什么？怎么不赶紧去签免费劳动力？——老大，我需要的球探都没有谈妥合同，等他们去找人肯定是联赛几轮过后的事情了！再说了，尽量贴近实际的意思，就是保证球队的连续性从中挖掘潜能。如果上来就全换血，那和执教任何一个低级别球队有什么区别？）
考察结果让我喜忧参半：忧的是，球员整体能力实在太差了，绝大多数球员技术一栏基本就没有两位数的；喜的是，发现了两个挺厉害的球员！厉害到什么地步？——我相信他们能胜任赢甲甚至英超！
第一个是24岁的sullivan，能打左右边前卫，盘带17，速度耐力16——决定了他的边路天赋，决心17工作热情16——说明他是一个勤勉的小伙子，还有不错的任意球功夫（15）。天啊，这简直就是球队的吉格斯啊！为了他，我肯定要以边路进攻为主！

第二个是19岁的steve Gibson，位置是DR和AMR！弹跳20速度17耐力17力量15，精神方面，勇敢15，无球跑20！！毫无疑问，用他打边路简直是球队的重大损失，我好不犹豫把他安排在中后卫的位置，而且，角球战术也围绕他设置（以他的力量弹跳加上20的无球跑，在队友干扰守门员和防守球员的情况下，他就是我的角球杀手啊！）

P.S:对不起各位大大！开档时候没有抓图，只好趁现在现抓，注意时间是2009年啊，球员的属性都有小幅度的增减。可能速度耐力我记得不太清楚，但sullivan的盘带和Gibson的弹跳我是记得很清楚的！

球队战术的选择是一个很费力的工作，最好的方法就是通过友谊赛检验。
以我一贯的经验，防守是很重要的，所以3后卫战术是首先被摒弃的。剩下的是打4后卫还是5后卫——四后卫当然是442了（还没有自大到玩433的地步），5后卫战术有541和532。
先检验球队进攻能力，使用的是442和442－Attack对阵carshalton和cheltenham（就是那个妖怪队）。结果是0：1和0：0，究其原因，是中场不力——两名mc太次，组织不了有效的进攻，唯一有威胁的是sullivan，放左路左边就活，放右路右边就行，但是——把他放一侧另一侧就毫无威胁！其后果就是sullivan屡屡突破传中，无人抢点！倒是对手抓住我两个边前卫打身后弄得我很狼狈，若不是门将发挥出高水平，加上友谊赛对手换人很频繁，结果很可能是失3球甚至更多

然后用541和532打了两场。胜负各半，比分是1：0和0：1。总的说来球队攻击力可以忽略不计，更要命的是，我凑不齐3名中后卫！除了改行的gibson外，另两位中后卫一个弹跳15基本能用，另一位弹跳只有10[em06]什么？替补中卫？我很遗憾的告诉你，剩下的中后卫一个弹跳是7[em14]一个弹跳13（问题这厮年纪32速度5你敢用么？）[em03]
不得已，改用442－defensive吧，后面几场比赛先输后赢，尤其是取胜最后两个low division球队后，球队士气高昂，这是一个好现象......
准备迎接第一场联赛吧！必胜[em08]

2003年8月10日，联赛正式开始，我们第一轮的对手是Northwich！哈哈，这个对手我实在是太熟悉了——我玩得最多的两个球队，就是Northwich和woking。对于这个球队我了如指掌。
先看看它的前锋chris ward，可以说，这家伙开档能力决定了该队能出于什么位置！——如果他身体随得比较好，那一个赛季进几十球没有问题；相反，如果几个关键属性随机的比较差，那...默哀吧。
天助我也，ward的速度只有11。于是，在中场派出一工作热情和耐力都不错的小伙Bassey专门盯人。结果可怜的ward全场无所作为仅得4分...[em04]
不知什么原因，该队的中场核心、球队灵魂Devlin居然坐在替补席上，难道是变相放水？[em07]
没有了这两大威胁，该队排出的攻击型442－A毫无威胁，我沉着冷静以442－D对应。
开场第16分钟，Gibson头球解围，右后卫Daly大脚长传，能力指数都是个位数的小贝饭丝cooper——接来球一晃，射门！
goal！！！！！！[em02]

此后就好打了，上半场结束时我队再入一球。下半场Northwich打起了442－Attack，这正中我下怀，442－D最不怕的就是这个阵型了，sullivan坚决插上打对方边路身后，终场时候，我们以4：0大胜对手！

值得一提的是，本场最佳属于盯死了对方箭头的bassey。这位小伙子最擅长的位置是......DC!
仅仅因为他弹跳是10，我才不得不把他推向中场——事实上，以中后卫打DMC，尤其是破坏型的DMC一直是我的不传之秘。其中好处多多，这在我以后的队伍选择中会一直强调这一点...[em05]

几轮联赛下来，队员小伤小病不断，幸好球探开始工作并签入新人了，目前出于磨合阶段,成绩也算差强人意。[em03]

P.S：
 比较有意思的是，我队是典型的主场龙客场虫。在主场就算就场面再差也能追平甚至反超。我看了一下观众人数，能容纳4000多人的球场平均上座高达3000余人！！这在整个地区联赛中也算高上座率了啊！感动ing[em04]
一个鲜明的对比是：与我共用一个主场的kingstonian，其主场上座人数仅仅1300人！莫非这是SI对AFC Wimbledon的照顾？[em09]

一个不容忽视的事实：
在现实中，AFC Wimbledon是原wimbledon队执意迁到milton之后原伦敦的铁杆温队球迷发起组织的球队，在泰晤士河的几个区，该队绝对是拥有一批最忠心的球迷！可以说，AFC Wimbledon从成立的第一天起，就是一个以球迷为中心的球队——这样的故事，在英格兰足球史上发生了无数次。绝大多数球队都是这样由球迷或者球员发起成立、发展、壮大的。连赫赫有名的曼联和阿森那都不例外！
不过，在足球高度商业化、职业联赛相当成熟完善的21世纪，以球迷忠诚和兴趣发起的球队想要发展壮大是何其的为难？基本上，AFC wimbledon是不可能成为新世纪的曼联阿森那托特纳姆...除了无比强大的超级俱乐部已经完全瓜分了足球势力外，更深层次的原因，就在于商业化和职业化。
在100年前，小俱乐部可以有发展机会，而现在呢？且不说生存的压力，即使球队发掘出一两个天才儿童，很快的，他就会被大俱乐部挖走——连埃弗顿这样的“小”俱乐部都举步维艰，更何况是英冠、英甲球队以至半职业化的AFC Wimbledon？

社会发展必然要求分工，必然导致商业化。在21世纪，足球已经成为一门产业，成为一架庞大的、高精密度的机器，这是足球的命运......

对于球迷来说，这是幸运还是不幸呢？

好不容易买来了几个免费球员，其中有两个盘带还不错，于是阵型改成442HH，主要用于主场或者对付弱旅。成绩还不错，就是队员比较累些。
结果，被寄以厚望的FA Cup......主场对付一支Low Division球队，他太阳的——哥们被煮了！我憧憬的的奖金、客场挑豪门的门票收入......全飞了！
而且，今年的预算、买人全受影响了，哭ing

没有了FA cup，干脆也就放弃了先锋挑战赛——我球队人数严重不够，还是好好准备升级吧。赛季后半段球队发挥不错，但不够完美。一个主要原因是我不断的甩卖主力◎_◎
