<P>        一直以来，我们都在为Roma和Lazio的恩怨情仇动容，为德比的火爆和桀骜而揪心。在外面我们可以输给任何人，但在家门口绝对不能输给对门，这几乎成了Roma球迷和Lazio球迷共同的准则。而正是这两支同城球队，成就了一个个被我们津津乐道的英雄。</P>

<P>        这支球队的青年足球学校颇有名气，Roma队长Totti加入罗马青年队前就在这个学校，现在很多意甲球员也是出自这里。最近风头很健的Luca Toni就曾经在这支球队效力。<br>        为了罗马城多一些德比，多一些激动人心的片刻，Cisco Roma一定要崛起。或者这样的德比乐趣会让Juventus对Torino、Milan对Inter都自愧不如……</P>

<P>    Cisco Roma开档有500K转会费，算是比较富有的，不过工资超预算，队里也是老人居多。开档球员的实力也不错，尤其Russo就一标准老妖，所以俺的经营理念就是不着急买人，先打好训练设施和教练组的基础（据说06球员能力的增长跟这两项密切相关），然后把球探派到世界各地旅游（也许有人不屑于这样做，认为不真实，不过系统既然提供了这样的功能，为什么不利用呢？！）</P>
<P>    开档后马上要求老板升级训练设施，由于还有点钱，训练设施也确实很差，董事会肯定会答应的。</P>
<P>    下一步就是：签职员。俺这次的RP很好，随到一个守门训练14的教练，可上四星，除了他，俺跟其他的垃圾教练、队医全部重签了一年的合同，一年后就该他们走人了，免得还要付违约金。球探嘛，甭管多烂都留着，反正他们工资不高，旅游也不花钱，他们提供名单好了，买不买我们自己还可以判断的嘛。</P>

<P>     这时候，我手头上大约有4M+转会费，不过俱乐部声望还很低，助理教练交给我的可交易球员名单并没有几个能真正提升球队的实力，也是应了那句话：没有钱是万万不能的，但有钱也并不就是万能的（说实话，如果不是这个原因，这时候我已经失去继续下去的动力，一个C1球队有4M+转会费，算不算打着低级联赛的幌子玩豪门啊？）。<br>    既然没有感兴趣的人，不如趁着有钱，跟董事会提提扩建球场的事。建议递交上去后，董事会很快回复：只要观众人数达到了球场的容量限制，马上就扩建球场。也就是说，董事会批准了我的建议，剩下的就看地方议会的了。。。。。。当然，为了俱乐部的长远发展，训练设施的改造是一刻也不能停的，这一点，我与董事会早已达成了共识。<br>    助理教练很有才华，新签入的球员很快就融入了球队。<br>    由于上赛季我们的丙级杯成绩太差，本赛季需要从资格赛小组赛打起，不过这种比赛对我们来说肯定只是小菜一碟啦，2轮过后我们就已经顺利拿到了出线权。<br>     突然发现，本赛季我们没有意大利杯的赛程！！！难道是上赛季我们的丙级杯成绩太差，失去了参加意大利杯的资格？？？回想起上赛季被Genoa淘汰的一幕，我的胸口不由得隐隐作痛。。。。。。<br>     由于上赛季球队升级太容易了，本赛季董事会豪气了一把，要求以升班马身份在C1B夺冠！！！对我来说，由于买不到合适的人，这要求是有一定压力的。<br>     不过正式比赛开始后，不知道是Happy的战术实在太厉害还是别的原因，队伍在联赛中顺利得让人难以置信，甚至连稍微值得提一下的情节都没有。<br>     在丙级杯资格赛顺利淘汰Potenza之后，2006年11月15日，我们在主场迎来了第一轮的对手Pistoiese，经过90分钟的激战，我们最终以2:1获胜，不过对手得到了一个客场进球，这个结果并不是太好。11月22日，第一轮第二回合，对手早早就进了一个球，看着队员们一次又一次把球往对方守门员怀里踢，我气得几乎要疯了，中场休息时禁不住破口大骂；下半场，球队的表现有所起色，但依然无法攻破对方那个疯子门将的十指关。。。。。。上赛季被淘汰的一幕又在我脑海中浮现。。。。。。不过队员们显然不希望去年的一幕重演，第82分钟，英雄出现了，是Bouazza，伟大的Cisco Roma的左边锋，他从本方半场启动，连过数人，面对出击的守门员，冷静施射。。。。。。他的进球将我们从悬崖边上拉了回来。。。。。。<img src="attachments/dnt/2006-7/20067280293384893.jpg" border="0" onload="if(this.width>screen.width*0.7) {this.resized=true; this.width=screen.width*0.7; this.alt=\'Click here to open new window\nCTRL+Mouse wheel to zoom in/out\';}" onmouseover="if(this.width>screen.width*0.7) {this.resized=true; this.width=screen.width*0.7; this.style.cursor=\'hand\'; this.alt=\'Click here to open new window\nCTRL+Mouse wheel to zoom in/out\';}" onclick="if(!this.resized) {return true;} else {window.open(\'attachments/dnt/2006-7/20067280293384893.jpg\');}" onmousewheel="return imgzoom(this);" alt="" /><br></P>

<P>    顶级联赛了，再充实一下教练组吧。一些要求条件比较单一的训练项目还是比较容易达到5星的，比如力量、有氧、守门、战术都可以很轻易就达到5星。<br>    继续要求扩建球场和升级训练设施，这次董事会倒是很干脆的答应了。<br>    董事会的要求还是争取保级。不过，在花费巨资大规模引进知名球员之后，这样的要求是不是低了点？按照我们现有的实力，进军欧洲联盟杯应该不是太让人意外的事情。<br>    由于新引进的边后卫助攻能力都很强，我决定改变球队的打法，使用菱形中场，同时让边后卫和边前卫大胆压上进攻，力争尽快破门。一旦如愿取得领先，再让边后卫回收防守。<br>    首先进行的依然是意大利杯资格赛。首轮对手是Legnano，毫无悬念，5:0，我们轻松过关；第二轮对手是Bari，4:1，依旧无意外；第三轮对手是Lecce，说实话，赛前我有点紧张，主要是因为Vucinic的存在，不过真正开赛后，Vucinic显然不在状态，我们再次以4:1获胜。正赛第一轮，我们抽到的对手是Chievo，这次我们应该可以再往前一步了吧？！<br>    联赛开始了，首场我们主场迎战Sampdoria，看得出，队员们有点紧张，毕竟是第一次嘛。不过过程和结果都让人非常满意，整场比赛我们都压着对手打，最后3:1轻松获胜。队员们的表现很出色，不过到场球迷却只有1111人，这让我非常不满，难道诺大的罗马城就没有我们的球迷？？？！！！我们30多年历史的首场甲级联赛啊，居然无人关注？？？！！！<img src="attachments/dnt/2006-8/2006810243335062.jpg" border="0" onload="if(this.width>screen.width*0.7) {this.resized=true; <P>这么东西GOOGLE，WIKI找起来是不麻烦，但是自己亲自去找过，对一个球队有个大致的印象，就会产生很强的带入感，说起来中国看过米兰皇马比赛和训练的人也不多，可是说自己了解米兰皇马的人不少</P>
