上次的存档被我损坏了,没办法只好重新开一个。

例行惯例。先介绍俱乐部。

fisher athletic。

In 1908, Mr Michael Culiton, headmaster at Dockland School, announced that a club was to be set up to provide sporting facilities for underprivileged youths of Bermondsey, London. The club was named after the martyr, Blessed John Fisher.

The football team competed in various district leagues before moving to the Parthenon League where they stayed until 1965. At this time the original club folded and reformed as fisher Athletic FC. Based in Mitcham, they initially played in the West Kent League. A second successive promotion coincided with a move to the purpose built Surrey Docks Stadium in 1982.

Once in the Southern League, Fisher wasted no time winning the title at the first attempt and two years later they made it into the Vauxhall Conference, the pinnacle of non-league football. Fisher were soon hailed as the next Wimbledon, filling their trophy cabinet with various cups and shields as they went.

Fisher's success came to an end in 1992 when they were relegated back to the Southern League and then to the Southern Division where they remained, generally finishing in mid-table. It was during the 1997-8 season that a new limited company was formed and the club was rewarded with a long term lease on their stadium.

The 1999 - 2000 season saw the arrival of Alan Walker as manager. Walker assembled a fine squad of players to launch a serious promotion challenge. Promotion was secured two weeks before the end of the campaign, but the battle to go up as champions was left to the final day of the season however, when Fisher beat Newport IOW 2-0 to be crowned Eastern Division Champions.

Fisher's success was short lived, after just one season in the Dr Martens Premier Division they were relegated back to the Eastern Division. This was despite the arrival mid-season of the ex-Millwall manager Keith 'Rhino' Stevens.

Season 2001-2 saw a good run in the FA Cup, reaching the 4th Qualifying Round before losing 3-1 at home to Forest Green Rovers. The Quarter Final of the London Senior Cup was lost to local rivals Dulwich Hamlet and the club reached the 3rd round of the FA Trophy before losing 5-0 to Barnet. The semi -final of the Kent Senior Cup was also reached before a home defeat to eventual winners Gravesend & Northfleet.

During the close season, Rhino left the club and former Director of Football Bob Davies took over as manager. He departed in October 2003 to be replaced by non league scoring legend Gary Abbott. However Abbott's reign was cut short when in February 2004 Wayne Burnett came in to take over team affairs.

New chairman Eren Mudghola took over in 2004 signalling his intentions to take Fisher back towards the heady heights of the Nationwide Conference with a raft of top signings. This paid instant dividends in 2004-5 with the Fish winning the Southern League Division 1 East title and the London Senior Cup. The double was secured despite leaving the Surrey Docks Stadium for a ground share agreement at Dulwich Hamlets' Champion Hill Stadium.

In November 2005 Wayne Burnett left the club by mutual consent. Player Lenny Piper took over the managerial duties for a 6 week stint until new boss Justin Edinburgh was installed in January 2006. Last year Edinburgh secured 3rd spot in the Ryman Premier Division and a place in the Play off's. Victory was secured by defeating AFC Wimbledon 2-1 in the semi and Hampton & Richmond Borough 3-0 in the final thus gaining promotion to the Nationwide Conference South. The Ryman League Cup was won defeating Billericay 4-0 in the final and the London Senior Cup was also retained with a 3-2 defeat of Hendon completing a record breaking treble.

Off the field planning permission has recently been granted for a major redevelopment of the Surrey Docks Stadium. Before the long awaited return to Rotherhithe, the Fish are hoping that it will be with a side worthy of their redeveloped facilities.

大家将就着先看吧,这是一家来自伦敦南区的业余俱乐部,这个赛季刚刚升到地区联赛南区。

|
