有人会无视压缩包里的readme，我把重要的用法贴出来，很简单的英语，应该没人会看不懂:lol

a) Using this mod for FM2012 Default Skin
Extract (not empty! just leave all the files within the folders) the folders to:
*FM-UDF*\skins\
Start FM, go to Preferences, choose the skin "Numbered Tactical Sliders". Changes will be applied immediately. ;)
Or choose "Numbered Tactical Sliders (Dark)" for applying to the Dark Default skin.

b) Using it within another skin/modification or personalised skin
Extract the 3 xml-files to:
*FM-UDF*\skins\*yourskinname*\panels
(if your skin has no panels-folder, create one!)
Start FM and go to the Preferences screen before unticking 'use skin cache', ticking 'reload skin on confirm' and then click in the left corner at
'Reload Skin'. After the skin has reloaded please put the ticked boxes to the default setting.

希望楼主补充一下用法，比如放哪个文件夹需要改下什么设置，实在是英文苦手。

使用游戏自带皮肤的，在你的玩家文件夹（放头像、队徽这些东西的地方，在游戏的参数设置里可以看到具体路径）下新建skins文件夹，把压缩包解压后所有的东西都放到那个新建的skins里面，进入游戏，在参数设置的皮肤里选择"Numbered Tactical Sliders"或者 "Numbered Tactical Sliders (Dark)" 。

使用其它非官方皮肤的，把xml文档复制到你的皮肤文件夹下的panels文件夹下（没有自建）。


其它就是一些使用皮肤，头像什么的都应该做的了，不要勾选使用皮肤缓存，勾选刷新皮肤。
