I can confirm that this is not working as it should..
Don't know if it is a FMRTE bug, or if FM changed the way they decide players value..

I will fix this if possible (can't guarantee anything) but there is no ETA for this fix

总之就是这个功能被SI河蟹了，不保证能再做出来
