Position Overview
The Football Manager Online team are seeking a Chinese translator / interpreter for their free to play football management game.

Key Responsibilties:

•Translate / Edit / Proofread text files from English into Chinese and from Chinese into English following established rules pertaining to factors, such as word meanings, sentence structure, grammar, punctuation, games specific terminology
•Assist QA with translation of bug reports and comments
•Adhere to strict schedule and deadlines.
•Facilitate, maintain and develop strong relationships and close liaison with existing with Chinese partners, assisting in progress reporting to both SEGA and any Chinese partners.
Additional:

•Regular international travel required
•Flexible approach to work with willingness to take on extra responsibilities outside the direct remit

Knowledge, Skills and Experience:

•Knowledge and experience in the translation environment
•Good communication and problem solving skills
•Technical understanding of game elements and gaming devices.
