带领英过业余北区联赛队伍southport杀入英超以后象重新开档,再自虐一下.
于是波澜就是我的选择了,毕竟都曾经是社会主义兄弟嘛.
本来想选LKS Lodz的(名字帅[em07][em07][em07])但进去后发现原来他是升级热门,没办法,只能重新选,
选LKS Lodz的时候我发现波兰乙级联赛有支队财政是不安全了,但一看又是升级热门,无奈只好又放弃.
后来用球探工具找了下,终于让我找到它了,1500的声望,1500声望什么概念呢?华沙声望是6500,预备队声望是3500...我刚接手southport的时候好象是2000左右,也就是说声望比英国业余的还低..

一开始,球迷对由我这个来自中国的毫无经验的教练来来执教这支濒临降级的球队很吃惊,
由于球队实力原因,俱乐部和球迷并没有要求我为他们夺取俱乐部历史上的第一个奖杯(哪怕是最小型的杯赛,球队的荣誉室里面是一片空白),而是非常理智的只向我提出了保级的要求.
但我从中国不远万里来到波兰,并不是仅仅为了来保级混饭吃的.只是苦于球队实力不足,只能定下第一年先立足波乙,第2年再争取冲甲.同时,还是要遵守吸烟室的规定,不作弊(不知道选队的时候用工具看下声望算不算呢,汗......),不LS(机子不行,LS浪费时间),不买妖人(买也不会来哈哈)

接手球队，发现真的不愧是第一降级热门呀．汗
工资上限是４．４Ｋ／Ｗeek,最要命的是转会所得只有40%给我自己用..
不过就算转会所得全部给我也没什么用,看下这些人的身价,全部加起来是30多K..

17人身价是1K的,只有2个4K,1个8K
上面忘了说,由于玩惯英国联赛,货币一律是英镑.
中甲的都不如呀

这就是人家所谓财政不安全的俱乐部里的的球员,一个球员的身价是的全队的2倍.

博彩公司对我升级的赔率是1比300，就是说降级的最大热门，不过还好，有人把wokling改去英超，好像赔率是1比5000，相比之下我算是好多了

这个算是球队的面的当家小生了，就他还不错，不过可惜不是我喜欢的那种速度盘带型前锋．

经过详细的调查后自然就是开始招兵买马了，由于球员的工资基本都不高，都是几十英镑的周薪，球队的总工资是１４００多／周,离4400/周的上限还有一段距离,因此我在英国业余联赛中常用的降薪手段便派不上用场了.
 于是,我就话大力气派球探找免费和能租的球员,才发现,球探的评潜和评能自由可怜的7和8,助理教练倒有15还是17,可惜我改签他做球探,因为俱乐部给球探的最高工资是50/week,而他做助理教练的工资是150/week,所以这小子死活不肯.没办法,只能自己去工作介绍所招了,可惜来的都是骗饭吃的,无奈自己辛苦寻找,终于签了个17的了.
 经过1个月的努力,租来了3个,水平还不错.然后又根据球探的报告免费签了几个人,其中有个32岁的DMC数值好象还相当不错.(图迟点贴上来)

7月中旬,由于在热身赛中受伤,队中有4名球员分别受伤2-4个月,这对我们来说是个很大的打击.经过6场热身赛,7月27日,我们终于迎来立刻第一场正式比赛,在波兰足协杯第一轮对阵一支业余队,结果以3比1轻松过关.虽然对手比较弱,但这场胜利也算鼓舞了士气.
可是非常不幸,8月7日,第2轮比赛我们碰上了甲级队polonla,虽然拼尽全力,但终因实力不济以1:2惜败下阵来.不过也好,可以专心对付乙级联赛的比赛了.
8月14日,我在波兰执教的第一场联赛终于要到来了

8月14日,气温并不高,很适合足球比赛,我们在主场迎来了第一个联赛对手radomiak队,也是一支降级大热门,可以说谁赢得比赛谁就在保级的道路赢得先机.
虽然坐阵主场,我并没有大举进攻,而是排出了42211的阵容,kalu出任箭头,在上半场双方打成1:1的情况下,下半唱凭着kalu在反击中我一粒进球,我们以2:1从竞争对手手中抢过了3分,kalu也奠定了主力箭头的地位

第２轮，我们对阵的是升级大热门LKS Lodz,由于势实力问题,虽然由kalu先进一球,但马上就被人连灌3球,虽然最后追回挽回面子的一球,但仍以2:3败北
第3轮的对手是鱼楠部队Ziglebiesosnowiec,这可是抢分的好机会
