白色风暴——Cambridge City执教之路（持续更新）

这几天开档玩业余联赛的Cambridge City这个球队。。经过2个赛季的努力现在在乙级联赛了。。。先发几张图上来。
这是我第一个赛季的成绩

这是我用的阵行，这个阵行总来说防守强于进攻，在底级联赛中，重要的是摆正自己的位置，只有清楚的认识到自己带的队伍在一个什么档次上才能更好的去击败对手我带的剑桥城一开始出来一个DMC的数据还可以其他的人是惨啊。。。

这2个人是我在地区联赛的时候就用的2个主力中后卫。。。感觉还可以防空能力在这个级别超强。

我的后腰，低级俱乐部的加图索中场强断能力强啊。。。

现在让我很郁闷的是前锋不进球就是空门都打不进去，每次和电脑交手的时候电脑大门好象有快门板似的，我现在平均一场比赛要击中2次门柱。。。[em06][em06][em06][em06]

在乙级来说，这些人不错了，是一支强队，可是这个赛季得在一些关键位置上换换血了，尤其下赛季到了英甲，中场拼抢非常激烈，怎样加强中场是个关键问题。打门柱只是运气问题，会好的，希望楼主常常更新，如果精彩，将置顶一周，加油啊。

我觉得我打门柱打的也太多最近10场比赛场场可以打门柱郁闷吧。。。球踢来踢去就是不进去，另外我队的前锋不行，把握机会能力太差了，有时候就是面对空门都可以踢飞。[em03][em03]由于工资的问题我一直无法引进优秀的射手。所以这个赛季我决定先不上甲级，毕竟太快的上甲级的话估计也会掉下来。

我发现我带Cambrigde City带的郁闷啊有时候助理教练过滤掉名单上的人我去租界的时候都不愿意来，比赛的时候常常被罚点球。。。自己队罚点球我统计了一下只有20%的命中率。。。单刀球就更加不要说了一场比赛下来至少也有8个左右运气好的话可能进1个到2个不过一般的是全被门将扑出来看来用地区联赛的前锋来打职业联赛是差很多啊。。。[em06][em06][em06][em06]

这是就是我目前在闹进球荒的截图大家可以看见，除了在联赛杯足总杯上进球比较多外，在联赛，我是把“1比0主义”贯彻到底了。。。[em04][em04][em04][em04][em04][em04]

经过一个通宵的奋战结束了乙级联赛结果已绝对的优势拿到了乙级联赛冠军总的看来乙级联赛的难度不大，前锋把握机会能力不强，有时候就是在小禁区线上的打门都可能打飞。[em15][em15][em15][em15]靠着运气和坚固的后防升级成功在联赛杯中止步第二轮在足总杯上第4轮1比3败给了利物浦（哭，我打主场，少了一大笔收入啊）[em06][em06][em06] 新赛季快开始了偶得去休息了晚上在继续更新

稳固的防线也是你的一种财富，利用好你的优秀后防，加强中场的防守以及中场和后卫之间的衔接，创造出你自己的防守反击风格也不是没有可能的。

经过赛季前的采购。。我从曼联买来了中场David jones用去了我350K转会费，然后我从Bradford City用了7K买来了年仅19岁的门将Dean Brill 从Sheff Wed用了50K买来左前卫Rirchard Evans 后防线上我没有做很大调整仅仅租界了Mancienne和Fitzgerald这2名中后卫由于在David jones用去了大部分转会费因此在急需要加强的前锋却仅仅租界了一名前锋Henderson 在联赛开始后我锋线疲软问题很突出大家从上图的联赛积分榜上就可以看出尽管后防保持了高水平可以说我现在这条后防线和整个防守体系在甲级联赛中是相当突出的，可是我前锋完全就是地区联赛水平，中场为前锋输送了太多的炮弹可是前锋在奢侈的浪费着机会有时候比赛的时候都不想看2D画面，看着前锋浪费着一次有一次得分机会我真狠不得我自己[跑上去，现在知道什么叫恨铁不成钢了。。。看来如果不解决前锋问题升级就是一场梦有时候前锋就好象是一个摆设样，连点球都罚不进（打字的时候主场联赛对阵最后一名压着打了90分钟对方门将楞是被我打成9分。。）

其实不用着急升级，否则到了英超后必定降级，而你也会被炒掉。

这个问题我也注意到了我现在在甲级联赛中和从冠军联赛掉下来的查尔顿交手3次一平2负一球都没有进，可以说查尔顿代表了冠军联赛的中游球队水平，不过我的队伍状态太好了，尤其是防守，可以说高出甲级队一大截。但是在面对准冠军联赛球队查尔蹲的时候我3场比赛丢了4个球。。。。说明我现在和冠军联赛球队有着不小的差距。联赛打到这个份上，队员在为升级努力的奋斗，我也不可能说不让他们升吧。[em04][em04][em04][em04]

冠军联赛的难度比我想象的还要大，目前联赛已经进行了近一半了我在为保级而苦苦的挣扎，我那条黄金后防在冠军联赛的球队面前是那么的弱不经风。。。。我现在离保级的分数55分还差了29分。。。。。命苦啊。也很后悔升级升的太早了。。。现在工资上涨速度都跟不上升级的速度，我现在工资最高只能开到2200周薪有好多我看上的人都不愿意来就是因为我给不起他们的工资。。。现在是极度的郁闷。。。。。。[em06][em06][em06][em06]
