503后开新档，寻求乐趣挑战加成就！

<P>今天升了503，决定重开新档，最后选择了英已的BRISTOL ROVERS（个人不太喜欢用地区和业余球队，因为此类球队都位英国小镇，即使成为世界级，好象与现实出入很大）</P>
<P>选择BRISTOL ROVERS理由：</P>
<P>1、乐趣：可以打同城德比（BRISTOL CITY，佳级），一步步往上，培养年轻球员，最重要是可以保持长期的新鲜感。</P>
<P>2、挑战：已级球队，缺钱，负债，无转会资金，缺人（只有21人，无预备队员和青年队员）。</P>
<P>3、成就：作为拥有40多万人口的BRISTOL，虽然有两只职业队，但成绩都不太理想，如果能有一支在英超或者世界赛场出现，并且成为世界级球队的话，应该很有成就感。而且从现实来讲，从BRISTOL城在英国西南部的重要位置来看，在这里出现一支强队也是比较现实的，而且球迷增长潜力也要比一个小镇球队大得多。</P>
