没想到只过了短短7天，我的担心竟然变成了现实。一直以来从未缺席过一场比赛的主力后腰Michael Palmer成为了伤病的第一个牺牲者。此外巴西前锋Mauro Bezerra也因为受到了不同程度的轻伤需要休息2周。

本周内我先后接到了两家甲级俱乐对于我队主力中后卫Mark Moore转会一事的文件。对于这名身价在1.8万英镑的球员来说这也是一个提升自我价值的好机会。

有球员受人关注是好事，但是对于俱乐部来说放走自己后防线上的大将等于直接打开了自己球队的大门，于是一份好的转会费被摆上了谈判桌。5万英镑，对于一名年过30的低级别球队的后卫来说还算是比较合适的。在分别找到两家俱乐部经理谈判后，大家关于转会费达成了共识，然而谁能料到却在一个小小的细节上出现了分歧。


到底是立即转会还是赛季结束转会？我方认为在球队整容不整地情况下如此重要的球员将是能否晋级的关键，于是提出球员必须留在队中直到赛季结束。对于这项条款被摆上议程，收购方的两家俱乐部却出现了不同的行为。目前在甲级联赛排名第8的Hull City认为之所以出价，就是希望通过Mark Moore来减轻后防的压力争取冲入晋级的附加赛行列，球员如果赛季结束再转入的话他们根本没必要来进行接洽。而Huddersfield Town俱乐部目前在甲级联赛的排名是第14位，对于他们来说希望是在下个赛季。此时提出引进球员只是希望Mark Moore能早点适应甲级联赛为下赛季做准备，不过既然我们坚持赛季结束后放人，对于他们来说也没太大损失又可以节省下半年的工资，并且Mark Moore是作为球队主力在比赛的，那么练兵的目的也可以达到，于是他们很快就同意了我们的提议。

对于两家俱乐部作出的不同决定，我当然会选择比较有诚意的一家。而几天后Mark Moore自己也表示了将在下赛季披上Huddersfield Town的战袍与自己的老东家在甲级联赛的赛场上进行比赛。对此当地不少小报认为这是一桩双赢的交易。

随着联赛进入冲刺阶段，球队的阵容也随着伤病名单出现着不同的调整。不过幸运的是，许多球员都是一两周便可恢复的轻伤，于是球队的阵容的稳定性还是保持的蛮不错的。
然而下半赛季的问题其实不仅仅是表面上看到的这些，球员转会的风波也是一浪高过一浪。尤其是低级联赛的俱乐部在此时经常会遭遇到一些名气稍大球队恶劣的挖角行为，对于我的球队来讲也不例外。

（英冠联赛球队的挖角失败）
这种挖角行为的恶劣之处在于可以低价卖进一些不错的球员保证自己联赛最后的冲刺，如果对方俱乐部不肯放人也许还会引发球员的不满情绪影响其球队的成绩。对于这种损人又利己的行为我一开始也没适应，现在想想也许主力后卫Mark Moore的转会成功也是这种行为的结果。但在有了一定的经验后，我采用的方法是球员可以卖但必须是按高级联赛的球员转会费为基准绝不贱卖。对于作为当事人的球员我所做的是鼓励其去高级联赛踢球，但是要也要告诉他因为球队正在前进如果能晋级的话他的身价和工资在下赛季也将有翻天覆地的变化。
这种做法一时间是很奏效的，对方球队只好另找猎物，而球员也安定了下来。可是要真正的消除这一现象球队必须不停的前进，对此我是否真能做到呢？

在客场艰难的以3：2战胜Boston United后，球队在积分榜上已经领先第二名的球队5分了。但我的心情依然承重，因为赛后队医告诉我由于多名主力在这场比赛中受伤这使得我对将来的比赛在排兵布阵方面陷入了困境。

今天对于球队来说是整个赛季最关键的一天，因为今天我们球队将在主场迎战排名第二积分相差5分的球队Swansea City。毕竟联赛已经进行了41轮了，接下来的5场比赛每场可能都是关键。而对于早已取得升级附加赛资格的两个球队来说这场比赛也许就将决定本赛季的冠军真正归属于何方了。因此我相信本场比赛双方都将使出全力，到底赛后的结果会使两队相差在8分，5分还是2分谁也说不清楚。
赛前我依旧排出了最近一直用的<st1:chsdate Year="2004" Month="4" Day="2" IsLunarDate="False" IsROCDate="False" w:st="on">4-4-2</st1:chsdate>阵容，由于多名主力的伤愈回归我对自己获胜也显得很有信心。
比赛正式开始后由于双方赛前都强调了进攻因此各自分别出现了必杀的机会，然而前锋的把握似乎都不太好。直到第16分钟对方通过了一次反击的机会首先取得了进球，因为早有心里准备此时我倒显得并不急躁。可是没想到场上的队员却由于这个失球心态发生了极大的变化，一度踢的很急。而对方抓住了这一微妙的变化频频通过反击来造成威胁，幸亏门将的表现出色才在接下去的十多分钟内没有造成失球。于是我开始对场上的球员进行安抚的同时强调进攻，然而直到半场结束依然没有效果。
下半场比赛仍然是这样一边倒的情况对此我感到不满，在50分钟左右我决定换人。在巴西人Mauro Bezerra上场后依靠他的技术使得情况终于有所好转球队也组织起了几次不错的进攻。70分钟时我再次换人，想不到这次的换人成了比赛最大的转折点。替补前锋Luke James刚刚上场就通过一次前场任意球的机会扳平了比分，为他助攻的正是Mauro Bezerra。此后的比赛双方你来我往打得很热闹，但最终还是没有出现进球。赛后两队的差距依然在5分，对于这个结果我表示满意，但是通过比赛中的数据资料分析球队的过关是实属侥幸。

今天是俱乐部历史上的一个伟大的日子，球队获得了英格兰乙级联赛的冠军。而对于我来说，我也为自己赢得了第一个荣誉。
球队在经历了4场比赛不胜的情况下，终于在倒数第二轮联赛中获得的胜利也赢回了荣誉。对于这一点来说排名第二的Swansea City也帮了不少小忙。
在比赛结束后无论是主场的对方球队的球迷还是来到客场观战的我方球迷都显得十分兴奋，毕竟这种热闹场面对于球迷来说是一个宣泄情绪的好地方。

“去吧，小伙子们！这是属于你们的时刻！！！”在俱乐部主席Lee Johnson的声音结束后全队球员一个一个登场亮相，此时球场上的快乐气氛推向了高潮。

2周前本来想到这里结束的,可是在主板烧坏的这段时间后看到有这么多人支持我想还是写到最后吧,
这个赛季我自己觉得对于比赛方面写的不多,以后会改进一点。此外我比较喜欢一些球队运作的东西，在下个赛季我会结合自己的想法写一点。
最后就是球员能力，我会多介绍一些主力球员。这样大家也能有个印象。
最后希望大家喜欢，本人的文字表达能力其实也不怎么好如果觉得哪里要改进也请提出。

在忙完了一个赛季后，我在家度过了一段清闲的日子。在我的社区里，我开始有了一些小声望，每天都会遇到签名者。
今天我依然正在享受我的快乐休假时俱乐部的传真来了，内容是球队利用休假的时间吧俱乐部的训练设施改善了。哈，真是个容易合作的董事会啊，我暗暗的兴奋起来。

随着休假期的结束又一个新的赛季来临了，与上赛季不同的是本赛季球队将挑战甲级联赛中的各支球队。对于即将面临的这些更强大对手，俱乐部和球迷给与我的目标是保级成功。

虽然我觉得目标不是很难，但是现实还是摆在面前的，这个赛季俱乐部董事会给我的转会资金和工资上限居然与上赛季相比一点也没变。即使我再怎么争取，回答还是这样一句话“因为改善了训练设备所以没钱了”。


“算了，有时候还是要学会面对一些困难的”我这样对自己说。

当然现实也不全都是坏事，生活其实也是一样的总是好坏参半的。Mark Daly在上赛季结束后加入了我的球队，他原来效力的母队Mansfield Town不幸从乙级联赛降级了于是我便把他带到了我的球队。这名右前卫队员对我的球队来说是边路的一个很好的补充，而且难能可贵的是即使是上赛季母队降级，但他37场比赛的平均得分依然是7.14分显得十分的稳定。
