<P>选择这个队的主要原因:</P>
<P>1.没有助理教练,一个好的助理教练对于一直低级队伍意味什么大家都清楚</P>
<P>2.适中的球场大小,4500的球场刚刚好</P>
<P>3.球员极其匮乏,这样以后经营起色以后有成就感</P>
