V0.4及后续更新不再转了，因为已经有人转过了，翻译和排版其实也挺烦人，另外跟原作者FuSS本人
聊了一下，发现这家伙前些年竟然在中国的网站上做过专访，本来还想再拉他和另外几个国外的战术牛人过来直接跟大家交流一下，但是有点麻烦，后续继续转载战术的工作有人接着我做了，我也不是PLAYGM官方的人，这个就再议吧？

之前转载和翻译过其他国外网站上的球员推荐和战术，不能保证一定适合大家的口味，但我只是想为大家做点贡献，丰富大家的FM生活，所以我会继续转发国外优秀的战术给大家，有图有真相，欢迎大家试用～

大家好：
Those of you that have been playing a while will remember my extremely popular tactic set for FM07 (the most downloaded tactic available); you'll also have doubtless bumped into my highly successful FM11 tactics. Which I'm always chuffed to see on various team threads all over the forum.
如果你玩FM已经有一段时间了，你应该还记得我在FM07时代出品的那个极受大家欢迎的战术（可能是SI论坛下载次数最多的战术了），你也应该会用过我那个在FM11时在论坛上风靡一时的成功战术。
This tactic is based upon the principals of my FM11 set, which followed a couple of golden rules:

• Stick as closely as possible to a 4-4-2 - Sadly not the case this year!
•尽可能紧密的保持如4-4-2阵型——很可惜今年不是如此！
• Play attractive attacking football

• Get 3 attacking players in the box for any cross

GUIDE:
介绍：
• FC - Complete Forward: Obviously a very important position when you only have one upfront, look for lots of physical stats, particularly acceleration & speed.
• FC:全能前锋，当你在锋线只有一个箭头人物的时候，这很明显是一个非常重要的位置，去找一个身体属性出色的球员，尤其重要的是爆发力和速度。
• AMC - Playermaker: New for FM12, this is your playmaker, a creative force through which your tactics will flow, look for creativity, flair and passing.
• AMC：球队组织者，这是2012的一个新的变化，一个充满创造力的组织者会使你战术更加流畅，去找一个创造力，才华和传球搞得球员。
• AML - Inside Forward: This is your third man in the box, they will look to cut inside and get into the box as a third striker, a striker or an AMC can also play here if needs must.
• AML：内锋，这是你在禁区内的第三人，这名球员需要有内切的能力，并且在禁区内充当第三前锋的角色，ST或者AMC球员在必要的时候也可以打这个位置。
• AMR - Winger: An out and out winger, will get down the flank and cross the ball in...the idea being that the above players are waiting for it. Look for Speed, Acceleration, Crossing & Dribbling.
• AMR：边锋，一个纯边锋，拥有下底传中的能力，因为有FC,AMC和AML在禁区内等着他的传球。去找一个有速度，爆发力，传中和盘带能力的球员。
• CMR - Support: This is your all rounder, he'll spend most of his time in the middle of the park and join the attack and defence. Look for an all rounder here and a typical CM.
• CMR：策应，这是你的万金油，中场的攻守两端都需要他的全天候参与，去找一个万金油球员或者典型的CM球员吧。
• CML - Defensive: This is your Defensive Midfielder, look for work rate, aggression, stamina, tackling and marking here, typical DM's will do well.
• CML：防守，这是你的中场防守者，去找一个高投入，侵略，抢断和盯人的球员，典型的DM球员就行。
• FBL - Support: Typical supporting fullback, will look to get forward and float crosses, will also provide width to your team. Look for physical attributes first, then defensive attributes, then crossing and dribbling.
• FBL：策应，典型的助攻型边后卫，需要有后排插上的能力，同时也能为你能球队增加球场宽度，去找一个身体属性尤其出色，同时具备一定的防守能力，并且能够传球和盘带的球员。
• FBR - Support: Typical supporting fullback, will look to get forward and float crosses, will also provide width to your team. Look for physical attributes first, then defensive attributes, then crossing and dribbling.
• FBR：与左后卫的要求相同。
• CB's - Defenders: 1 Cover and 1 stopper - typical centre-backs, defending responsibilities, one closes down and is a little less defensive than the other, faster CB's would be good here. I find this helps them to decide who stays back and who closes down when one attacker is making a run forward.
• CB：防守者，需要作为个典型中后卫应该具备的站位和盯人能力，防守是他们的职责，一个负责逼抢并且比另一个防守职责略少，速度快的中后卫是我们的最佳选择。我发现这能帮助他们决定，在面对对方球员进攻时，谁站位靠后，谁上前逼抢的问题。
• GK - The usual: Handling, reflexes, command of area - one-on-ones is particularly important as this tactic uses a high defensive line so the occasional fast player may get through.
• GK：一般门将的要求，手控球，反应，禁区指挥，尤其是一对一能力更加重要，因为本战术后防站位的情况，对方速度快的球员偶尔也会趁虚而入。

NOTES - PLAYMAKER:
注意：球队组织者：
• Playmaker - this tactic uses the AMC as a Playmaker (don't forget to set it). The playmaker is the core of this tactic - if he isn't performing then don't hesitate to sub him for somebody else! If he has an off-day it will affect the entire match!
本战术使用AMC作为球队组织者（别忘了在战术里把他设为组织者），球队的组织者是本战术的核心，如果他表现不好就请立马换人！因为如果他表现不佳，那么就会毁了整场比赛！

NOTES - OI's:
注意：针对性战术
• I personally only use them in exceptional circumstances, they can be handy against an AMC and against the occasion exceptional player such as Augero.
我只在一些特殊情况下才设置针对性战术，这样可以的手动设定防守对方AMC或者像阿奎罗那样的牛逼球员。
NOTES - MATCH PREP:
注意：比赛准备
• FIRST, set as 'Very High' and use 'Defensive Positioning' until your team is familiar with the tactic.
首先，训练强度设置为“很高”，额外注意的方面设置为“防守位置感”，直到你的球队熟悉了本战术。
• WHEN FAMILIAR, set to 'Medium' and continue to use 'Defensive Positioning'.
当你的球队熟悉了战术，训练强度设置为“中等”，额外注意的方面依然设置为“防守位置感”。
• If you've made a lot of transfers for the starting 11 and the team is having trouble blending then consider using 'Teamwork' instead of 'Defensive Positioning'.
如果你有太多的球员转会，那么请考虑把额外注意的方面设置为“团队合作”。

• I've dropped the CML to DMC, this has provided a massive boost against bigger teams, however it could still do with a little more testing, so you may find if you are strong favourites that you want to move the DMC back to CML (instructions remain exactly the same).
• 我已经把CML改成了DMC，这样能够更好的对抗一些强队，但是这可能依然需要做一些调试，所以很有可能你用过之后还是想把DMC改会CML的位置（请依然保持之前给出的设置建议）。
• I've dropped the wingers attacking mentality a couple of notched (was previously the same as team mentality), this helps the wingers to track opposition Full-Backs better and help out the defence. Again if you are strong favourites but you aren't quite getting the goals, then consider putting mentality back to team (just un-tick it).
• 我也修改了边锋在进攻方便的一些缺陷（就是之前和球队相同的设置），这样的修改能够很好的帮助边锋对抗对方后卫的防守，再次声明，如果你发现使用了新的设置之后并没有取得太多的进球，请考虑改回从前的战术设置。
