Recent form conversations
Conversations with players about their recent form have been improved and expanded
Complain to international managers
You can now complain to international managers about how a player has been treated whilst on national team duty
Non-contract contracts
Non-contract contract offers have been massively improved in FM14, so if you've been taking advantage of having players on non-contracts in the lower leagues, your experience may now be harder with added realism
Scouts try different nation/region
When receiving news items about scout reports in FM14 you'll now see a quick "Try Different Nation/Region" button to quickly change where a scout is looking for potential new players
Filter search results
You can now filter player search results by overall recommendation of your scouts in FM14
Manager Details
You can now add even more details about yourself when adding a new manager, including your local town/city of birth
Affiliate Club Screen
The Affiliate Clubs screen has had a complete revamp to give you even more info on your relationships with other clubs
Form bias
News items and media comments are now more bias towards form, rather than club reputation
Season Summary
The end of season summary report has been improved and expanded to include even more details about the season just finished.

Wage amounts for Director of Football transfer targets
You now have more control over the wages your managing of Director of Football looks for in transfer targets, meaning the players he targets are more realistic

Improved and expanded pre season tours which are now even easier to set up
Weaker foot training
You can now specifically train a players weak foot in Football Manager 2014
Contract expiry panel
FM14 includes a new and expanded contract expiry panel, with more information at your fingertips to manage those players whose contracts are expiring, including FPP information.
Quick Sub
The quick sub options have been improved, it's now even easier to to quickly set player roles and duties when making a quick sub.
Playoff Preperation
Playoffs are now improved in FM14, with more preperation options including specialised team meetings
Reserve team staff roles
Reserve teams can now have their own assistant manager and coaches. In total Football Manager 2014 has added 10 new reserve team staff roles
Club Debt
The way club debt is handled in FM14 has been completely revamped for a more accurate and realistic Football Manager Experience.

Your style of play has a bigger impact on player and fan happiness, including new press conference questions concerning the type of football your team is playing

Third party ownership
Third party ownership has been improved, for those leagues that allow it. Private Investors can now make offers to co-own a percentage of a player, this will save you money in the beginning, but cost you when you come to sell
