感觉这个问题应该不算大的。看看gamingdragons给我的回复，所以只要不买到俄区的应该问题不大。

This is the RoW version of the game.
It may not be able to activate in Asia due to SEGA regional restriction.
You may need to use a VPN to activate the game.
We do not sell Asian version of games
We're EU/US based company, we do not have Asian distributors.
You should be fine after activating the game with VPN, then you can play without using VPN.
Go to - http://usaip.eu/en/USAIP.pbk
Download the program and run it.
Log into your Steam account.
Choose USA or any country in Europe, Username & Password is demo
After you're logged in to the VPN
You can activate your key, you will no longer need to do this again after activation.

楼主说的一点也没错 跨区激活什么的还不算大问题  买到黑key 一个破FM游戏大不了不要了 别人steam账号其他游戏怎么办 steam封号可是永封啊 莫非你steam全是免费和限领的游戏。 跨区激活危险 黑key更可怕
