你有兴趣可以去官网看解释，球员交易不算作商业收入，因为不允许贩卖人口，交易的是注册权，所以那算作cgt event。而且税率是不可能那么低的，不信你可以去维基下意大利的cgt rates。

43%是income tax rate,只针对个人，而非公司。
