It doesn't work well because that instruction kills counter attacks. I tested already, results are worse.

I am playing 4-2-3-1 now. I would like to ask one question
Once my team turns to attack from defense, I would like ask my playmaker (DM) and ACM come close to the player who just recovers the ball. Meanwhile, I need one of AMR/AML come close to my Center to abstract the opponent defender.
Would you mind give some suggestions about how to setup it?

For RPM to attack the player with the ball, you can increase the trigger press. However, you can only do that if you first set the team instruction from "much more often" to minimum, then change the player instruction, then return team instruction to maximum.
For the wingers, you can set them to mark specific position.
