<P>这个战术，进球不算多，但失球较少，一旦领先基本能获胜，落后也能扳回，主客场我基本不变

<P>我觉得不错，和大家分享一下，runcorn 这支队伍不是很强，打到这个程度很不容易。</P><P>ps 我的阵型基本不变，一般的球队都能适应</P>

<P>这个阵型的防守确实有可圈可点之处，不过各位如果生搬硬套，那么肯定得不到这个结果，顶一下楼主。</P>[em05]

<P>最后几轮多用替补上场，因此失球较多，但获得全胜，令人惊奇，特别是优胜杯半决赛前一场</P>

<P>最危险的是半决赛，主场居然输了，我分析了一下，主力太疲劳了，因此派上全替补，包括三名守门员上场，终于没辜负我的希望阿，呵呵</P>

<P>大家也知道runcorn 在地区联赛也不算强队，有没有钱，打到这个程度甚至出乎我自己的预料。</P><P>基本就用本队原班人马，长期租了几个人：</P><P>gk wayne henderson</P><P>mc john spicer</P><P>sc adam birchall</P><P>am rl trevor robinson</P><P>实力其实并不强</P><P>还短期租了一个</P><P>d/dm l tillen sam 主要是左后卫没替补</P>

<P>呵呵，平时打得少，更新的比较慢，先贴一张清仓甩卖的球员名单：</P>

<P>对照上面的球员得分表，你会发现几乎所有的球员都卖完了，只剩3名球员没有出手，并非不想卖，或是核心球员，只是其中两位身价为0，一个长期受伤，卖不出去。</P>
<P>唉，不要怪我无情，低级俱乐部没有办法，升了级之后，这些队员在丁级俱乐部根本无法立足，还不如让他们有更好的发展[em05]当然换取现金也是必要的[em01]，如果有人要问卖人的窍门，冠军队的球员会没人要吗！[em03]，还有我推荐时不选俱乐部，直接推荐，不知道是不是一个小技巧</P>

<P>在清理完原来的球员后，我开始着手引进球员工作（其实有些队员赛季还没结束已经定下来了[em07]），抱着宁缺勿滥的心理，我的球探跑遍了整个英格兰，总算找到几名优秀的选手，例如</P>
<P>牙买加球星 Omar Dley,前女王公园巡游者队的Kevin Mcleod</P>

<P>楼主厉害！有两点问一下楼主：</P><P>1、楼主是怎么卖人的？我的人根本卖不了这么高（虽然我也是冠军）。</P><P>2、还有就是楼主这两个人是怎么签来的？打丁级绝对是牛人了！Omar Daley开当就在助理教练过滤过的名单里面，但死活不肯来啊！郁闷！！</P>
