楼主shouym的这篇战报实在是精彩百出，而且从地区联赛一直报道到英超，经营水平不可不谓高超，因此置顶一礼拜，一礼拜内如有精彩更新将继续置顶。

我很佩服楼主的经营手法。经营小球队就大的问题就是财政。特别是从地区联赛到乙级联赛以后。工资额大幅度提高。我现在是为工资问题搞的头都大了。

增加工资上限的诀窍就是增加收入，增加董事会的信心，收入高了，自然工资额就上去了。

你指的是谁？Kevin Mcleod?确实能自由转会得到这名队员，我自己也没想到，在我很多其他档里从来没有得到过这名队员。这个只能归为运气了[em01]

这场比赛，我主力后要 Freddy Guarin禁赛不能上,没想到开赛9分钟主力中后卫又下场了，我一般替补是不带后卫的，没办法只得让后腰打后卫，没想到对方当天上午刚签下的中场Scott Parker一点面子也不给我[em13]，可能是想在新东家面前表现一下吧，唉~~~~~，输一场没什么，就怕造成士气下降后面的比赛不好打了
还有Zidan 和 Asare 去打什么非洲杯了[em03]，到现在还不回来。

果然被我料到，自从1：6惨败在热刺队脚下后，球队士气就一直不高，联赛中成绩平平连续几轮不胜（但还是排在第1位），联赛杯上在决赛中1：4败在曼联脚下，卫冕联赛杯的梦想破灭。

只有联盟杯第一轮淘汰赛5：4险胜chievo过关，还保留了欧洲赛事的希望，

到底是第一次打英超联赛，在前半赛程顺风顺水，奇迹般创下37场正式比赛不败的成绩，从2月份开始，由于板凳的深度和遭受打击后的士气不振，球队状态低迷，目前还领先第二名曼联3分。不过如果这样下去，就危险了。

自从1：6大败后10场比赛2胜6平2败，联赛已经4轮不胜了。

一场惊心动魄的进球大战后，我队力克拜仁进入了联盟杯半决赛。

这场比赛真是让我心跳加速啊，由于一周前我队在主场2：0战胜了拜仁，也没有让他得到客场进球，所以第二回合的较量还是很有希望的，一开场，Zidan就进了一球，我握有客场进球优势，就更放心了，没想到拜仁很快就还以颜色1：1接着2：2，没想到后来打成2：4，3：5，这时候我真是紧张啊，真怕对手再进一球把我淘汰，一会儿我进一个缓一缓，一会儿对手又进了，我又紧张了，怪不得霍利尔会有心脏病，哈哈，最后的胜利还是属于我们队的[em05]。

进入4月份以后，我队3线作战，联盟杯、足总杯、联赛，可谓是疲惫不堪，主力队员中已经有4人体力透支了，可是比赛场场重要，没法让他们休息，联赛正处于夺冠的紧要关头，曼联已经领先了3分，阿森纳和我同分了（我少赛两场），杯赛都是淘汰制的，没办法啊。

联盟杯的路也走到了尽头，半决赛两回合2：3败在国米脚下，今年的联盟杯我碰到了3支意大利球队，过一过二不过三啊。客场两球领先后被连扳3球太可惜了，主场拿不下对手，只好饮恨出局[em57]

英超的处女赛季终于打完了，呵呵成绩非常不错哦，本来在最困难的时候以为要四大皆空了，可是还是咬牙挺过来了，首先是联赛夺冠，创造了凯泽斯劳滕的奇迹。

27胜5平6负，成绩不算好，可是今年的联赛竞争比较激烈，个个强队互有胜负，我从中渔利（我还有三个助理教练在别的队执教呢，见了我总得给点面子[em07]），进球排第二，失球排第四，都不是最好的，夺冠靠的是在关键的比赛中咬住，胜场最多。

在联赛杯负于曼联、联盟杯杯国米挡在决赛之外后，队员们没有失望，而是看到了自己的实力，在联赛夺冠后2周，带着必胜的信心踏上了温布利大球场，队员们没有辜负球迷的期望。

足总杯一路走来太艰险了，大多数比赛都是打了两场（这也是造成我队员疲惫不堪的原因），还有几场是点球决战（孙继海点球全部罚中），不过运气始终站在我这一边（在所有点球决战中我都胜出了），尤其是最后几分钟Zidan 的疯狂表现

虽然在这个赛季取得了巨大的成功，但我也深深的感到了队伍板凳深度的不足。要想在下个赛季有所作为的话，还要加强队员的引进工作。有些队员已经跟我征战了5个赛季了[em05]

有了英超冠军的巨额奖金和足总杯的200万英镑，再加上下赛季的巨额转播费，楼主应该好好彻底解决板凳问题，我相信，楼主一定是下赛季的三冠王！！！

赶快升5。03把，这样队里的球员工资能开到平衡里标的数值了，不过签人还是只能开替补的工资（郁闷饿）。不知道楼主一个赛季受伤情况怎么样，我队里人老受伤，总是你受完我受
