第二转会期自由球员和选秀球员名单公布

<P><FONT size=3>在公布之前，我再重申一下相关规则：</FONT></P>
<P><FONT size=3><FONT color=#0000ff>一，自由球员</FONT>：甲乙球队请在<FONT color=#ff0000>4月18日晚22：00前</FONT>把自由球员的标单通过邮箱（</FONT><a href="mailto:odayuji07@126.com" target="_blank" ><FONT size=3>odayuji07@126.com</FONT></A><FONT size=3>)或者论坛短信（废forever)发给我，<FONT color=#f70909>标单的球员名单最多只能3人，超过的算废标。每个队最多只能得到一名球员。</FONT>自由球员暗标采用竞价暗标的方式，即你标某位球员时必须给出出价<FONT color=#f70909>（每位球员的最低出价是其原始身价，所有出价的精确度都是0.5M）</FONT>。判定标准：价高者得，出价相同看顺位，顺位高的得，顺位也相同球队剩余资金多的一方得，剩余资金也相同联赛排名高的一方得。（若发现本队资金不够支付标金，则暗标无效）暗标的结果将在4月19日晚上公布。</FONT></P>
<P><FONT size=3>格式（由于提供了选择球员名单，因此球员个人信息可以不写，但是容易混淆的球员请务必写全名，否则视为废标）</FONT></P>
<P><FONT color=#0000ff size=3>甲级（或乙级）XXX球队自由球员暗标</FONT></P>
<P><FONT color=#0000ff size=3>1，Ricardo Oliveira  15M</FONT></P>
<P><FONT color=#0000ff size=3>2，Fiore, Stefano     12M</FONT></P>
<P><FONT color=#0000ff size=3>3，Sagnol, Willy     10.5M</FONT></P>
<P><FONT size=3></FONT></P>
<P><FONT size=3><FONT color=#9900ff>二，年轻球员选秀：</FONT>选秀将于<FONT color=#ff0000>4月19日晚19：00在甲级群内</FONT>进行。选秀按照12轮后的联赛排名（乙级优先于甲级）倒序进行摘排。每个队只能最多选择一名球员（购入选秀权的除外）。<FONT color=#f70909>选秀球员必须支付与该名年轻球员身价相等的Money</FONT>。如果某队队内可成长球员的人数上线已满或者球员人数上限已满或者无法支付球员身价，则将取消其选秀资格。若有球队在4月19日晚19点无法出席选秀仪式，则可以事先把你选秀球员的名单通过邮件或者论坛短信发给我，我将根据你名单的顺序为你选择球员。</FONT></P>
