Tactic
There are two tactics on v1 :
v1.0 for home and your team better than your opponent
v1.1 for all away game, and home game against same or better teams
Or you can switch between tactics if you can not dominate game. Sometimes I used v1.1 and changed strategy to Contain to keep my lead on last ten minutes.

Player Needed
GK : Common GK
DL/DR : Fast defender with good crossing attribute, good defending attribute is a plus
DC : Common DC
DMC : Player with good defending attributes
MCR : Ball winning midfielder, surely player with good defending attributes is needed here
MCL : I prefer using midfielder with high defensive attributes for this position, this player will go on opposition box often and get many chances to score so high finishing is a plus
AMC/AMCL/AMCR : These three player are your goal scorer despite they are on AMC spots. Big, fast player with good heading and finishing attributes are needed for this position. It is better using AMC/FC rather than pure AMC players in my opinion.
